Why I Started This Journey
Having a near death experience in June 2016 was one of trigger point for him to step into this career. That second chance in life alone is enough to wake him up every morning and breathe and speak insurance. He firmly believes insurance, particularly Life Insurance because: “Not because someone has to die but life has to carry on”.
He never looked back since, going full time 3 months later and went on to accumulate various accolades including Great Crown Leo, Great Pro Master Leo, Master Sales Award (MSA) for 4 quarters, 2017 Supremacy Experience Summit (SES) & Supremacy Elite, as well as cluster group V Supreme’s Top Agent and Top Active Agent numerous times.
A firm believer in solving client’s needs, he specialises in Life Insurance (B2C), Takaful Insurance (B2C) and Group Insurance (B2B). Besides the must-have medical and critical illness plans, he also excels in retirement planning and mortgage insurance, serving over 100 unique cases so far. Recently, he closed a case worth over RM70,000 premium per annum for a audit, tax and advisory services company.
He was a corporate trainer prior to this and his passion in training and leadership drove him to start recruiting in 2018 with 5 agents currently under his mentorship. He differentiates himself by paying more attention to his existing clients because he believes he can create massive value by assisting them in end-to-end financial solutions.
In his spare time, besides alternating the role between a husband and a father, he enjoys emceeing and watching football, supporting his childhood club, Liverpool FC.
